Customer Account Tax ID Expiration Date
Can there be a field added to a customer's account that we can set as the expiration date for their Tax ID? We would then want to be able to run a report to know who's tax information is/has expired that we need to contact to get updated information.

Create an Order Option for Resend/Duplicate order
In the Options drop down on the View Invoice tab it would be nice to click something like "duplicate order" or "resend" and have it automatically duplicate the order in it's entirety, maybe prompting for a new ship date or something. This would streamline the process of creating a new replacement order for us.
1 voteThis is an option we’ve spent some time considering and would like to do when the schedule allows. There are some complications like what to do about discontinued items and shipping addresses that may have changed but those are issues that can be sorted out.
We’ve also spent some time considering how we might implement “standing orders” that is orders that would repeat on a set schedule (and how this concept might overlap with the order duplication above.) Related comments welcomed. -
Search entries be cleared for the next search.
When you add a zip code to search for customers by last name, the zip code entered is held for the next search, unless manually removed. It would be nice if all search entries cleared for the next search.

room for additional email addressees
Multiple email addresses per company, i.e. accounting@ and name@. Additional field to add extra email addresses in customer record.

Saving Customer Search Display
The ability to save Column Order & Width in the 'Contact Manager: Customer Search' screen, as you can in the 'Finding a Customer' screen.

Allow searching for proforma # after flipped
Once a proforma is flipped to an order, theres no way to look it up by proforma anymore. The order may have changed customer # and the customer sent in the check with the proforma.

Is it possibe to have a timestamp button in the notes tab?
We would love a button in the notes tab that would insert operator and date, or date and time. Then it is apparent who wrote the note and when.

Consistency in lists order of appearance
In Setup>Advertising>Catalog, the catalogs are listed in alphabetical order. In Contact Manager>Catalog>Choose Catalog, the catalogs are listed chronological order. We'd prefer alpha in Contact Manager like they are in Setup.

History of items purchased by customer in contact manager
It would be really helpful to have a link to a customers purchase history in contact manager. Perhaps see the Top 20 items they have purchased based on quantity. Or have a quick link to report that shows their history of items purchased for just that customer.
This would be very helpful when organizing customer call outs to generate sales.

Warning prompt if accidentally enter discounts greater than 100%
If a salesperson accidentally enters a value greater than 100% as a discount, it would be great if a prompt or alert popped up asking if you really wanted to enter a value great than 100%. For example, if they go to enter 30% in a hurry and accidentally fat finger it an hit 300%. If this is not caught at the moment the order is taken, it can be hard to catch later.
1 voteI’m going to write this one up as a bug. We enforce the 100% max on discounts at the order level and should have been doing so at the item level too.

When adding a new customer CMS should display other customers that have a matching address
For example, if the system matches the zip code, last name, and first 4 digits in the address to a record that already exists, a window would pop up and tell you that so you don't add that customer again.

Fix Postal Presort
If you want to use Satori Mailroom Toolkit, you can't because Postal presort broke a few versions ago and still hasn't been fixed.
3 votesWe stopped maintaining integration with Satori years ago because we were not aware of anyone using it – most that were in the past are not using it due to annual cost, or are using external third parties for mailings. If there is demand, we’ll consider looking at updating integration.

Be able to produce a percentage based on RFM (recency, frequency, monetary).
We would like to rank our customers based on RFM. We would like to assign a percentage to each of the categories where we think is the rating of each.

TAPI phone system integration
We'd like CMS to work with our phone system to support automatic customer look-ups when accepting a call.
Could possibly also be used for outbound calling (perhaps make each phone number a link that could be clicked on to call.)
