Adding integration to synch inventory to external shops and shopping carts.

We would like to be able to see a section where we can see To-Do's sent to other departments and users, and if they've been handled or voided, etc. so that we can follow up on To-Do's

Create a purchasing todo for a specified user when resupply # is reached on an item.

We would like CMS to store the dimensions of our most frequently used boxes so our shipping department doesn't have to hand enter them in for every order and can just select the box they are using and the dimensions will load into the Shipping Manifest. UPS WorldShip offers this in the Service Panel under Package: "Package Type".

The ability to save Column Order & Width in the 'Contact Manager: Customer Search' screen, as you can in the 'Finding a Customer' screen.

It doesn't appear there is a field or table column for 'shelf life' in the product manager. it would be great if there was a field so we can more easily maintain our more perishable inventory.

Much like when typing in a password on most websites, you can only see the last digit typed. CMS is already capable of prompting if the CC# does not look correct. We feel security for our customers would be further enhanced if operators were completely unable to read the card number.

Once a proforma is flipped to an order, theres no way to look it up by proforma anymore. The order may have changed customer # and the customer sent in the check with the proforma.

We would love a button in the notes tab that would insert operator and date, or date and time. Then it is apparent who wrote the note and when.

order entry has a popup size/color selection grid, do the same for purchase order creation.

It would be handy to have a way to manage multiple credit cards in CMS. An example of why you would want to do this:

Say you have a customer that is paying for a subscription on one credit card, but do most of there other purchasing on another card. It would be handy if CMS had a way to not only tell that this is happening, but to have intuitive way to manage it as well.

CMS should automatically attempt to reverse an authorization on an order in CMS that is fully delayed (whether Back ordered or Future Shipped) and who's payment is reduced to 0.

Colors and Sizes that are long easily get cut off in the size / color grid. It would be nice if this window could be resized.

It would be helpful if there was a toggle option in CMS that would then prompt a warning if you attempted to save an order with a credit card payment without it being authorized.

Some form of integration with Miva Merchant websites for order processing and inventory would be great.

We use Paypal to process all payments for orders on our website and the net fees are less (and much simpler) than the processor we use through CMS/Auth.net I'd really like an integration within CMS so all my transactions can be through one processor (Paypal).

A way to import/export select product information. We put product on sale at the end of the year and every year we have to go thru each individual size and each price category and assign a beginning date and end date to them. This equals to over 8,000 places where we change this information.
