Fix Postal Presort
If you want to use Satori Mailroom Toolkit, you can't because Postal presort broke a few versions ago and still hasn't been fixed.
3 votesWe stopped maintaining integration with Satori years ago because we were not aware of anyone using it – most that were in the past are not using it due to annual cost, or are using external third parties for mailings. If there is demand, we’ll consider looking at updating integration.

Mail Chimp Integration
Our company uses Mail Chimp for email marketing. I'd love an easy way to manage unsubscribes & hard bounce emails to keep CMS in sync with Mail Chimp.

To-Do History and Status
We would like to be able to see a section where we can see To-Do's sent to other departments and users, and if they've been handled or voided, etc. so that we can follow up on To-Do's

Follow-up ToDos
We often use the Phone button in the Customer section to keep notes on our calls with our customers. We'd like an easy way to auto-create a follow-up todo based on the call. This follow-up today would be for the same customer and operator. Perhaps a checkbox to select that this needs a follow-up and also have a field for follow-up date (that might default to whatever increment was used last time, e.g. two weeks.)

Optimize the Items to ReOrder Report
This report is great, but does not cross reference components that are apart of kits within kits. Once we build a kit most, if not all, the components for that kit are used and promptly show up on the items to reorder report. We would just like the report to illustrate that shoe laces are NOT out of stock if they are part of the kit, that is fully stocked, that combines laces with shoes and a box.

Keep Temp/Pro-Forma Window Open in background when clicking an order.
When you are in the Temp/Pro-Forma management screen and you click into an order, the manager closes. So if you want to look at another one, you have to start all over again.

Add default order entry warehouse to workstation specific section so order entry can skip that field. Also gets around having to rename a warehouse it its priority changes.

Allow the user to set a required form as not printed
It would be helpful if the user could set a required form as not printed. Setting a required form as printed so that it does not print again makes sense and is needed. But if the form gets printed/viewed by mistake, it would be very helpful to be able to set the form as not printed. To help minimize the risk of doing so, there could be a user rights setting which would allow only a certain few to set forms as not printed.

Expand Vendor Records to Include More Fields
Vendor (supplier) information in CMS is fairly limited currently. It should be expanded to include additional fields. Fields discussed were minimum order amount, vendor website address and a Notes field.
Please comment on what additional fields you would like to see added to the Vendor record (Setup>Accounting>Vendors)

The others suggestions would also make for good additions.

Being able to flag certain skus with the option to hold
With the option you have available to fill stock automatically in fulfillment manager, it would be nice to not fill orders that have a sku you could mark on hold. Not marking the order specifically on hold because I know that is available. Difference would be that in the set up of the sku you can mark it as on hold and take off hold. At that point the orders containing the sku would not be filled with the other items in stock until the on hold sku and is taken off hold. This would help in the event of…

HUC, FIFO and Batching
Now that HUC is in place and Batch Approvals can be processed by order date, there is one more feature that is needed FIFO fulfillment. Currently Batching only looks at the invoice date and not the order date. In order for CMS to provide better FIFO, we need Batching to allow us to sort the list by original order date just like the Batch Approvals.

Allow me to "View SQL" code on "Invoice Filters" just like on "Customer Filters"
I sometimes need to make a small tweak to the SQL code in the "Invoice Filters". However, currently there is no way to "View SQL" code in the "Invoice Filters", only the "Customer Filter". With "Customer Filters" I create a filter, then "View SQL" code to make small changes, and copy and paste into "Write Own SQL". Not knowing the table structure, this makes it very easy to do this. .But the "Invoice Filters" do not offer this option.

Is it possibe to have a timestamp button in the notes tab?
We would love a button in the notes tab that would insert operator and date, or date and time. Then it is apparent who wrote the note and when.

TAPI phone system integration
We'd like CMS to work with our phone system to support automatic customer look-ups when accepting a call.
Could possibly also be used for outbound calling (perhaps make each phone number a link that could be clicked on to call.)
