At the time of entry, CMS does not yet know it is a proforma. That is only specified on save. The feature then would probably be a prompt after Save-As Proforma to ask if Bill Delayed should be set.
In lieu of that, we have tried to solve this issue by implementing a special Crystal invoice form for quotes called InvoiteTemplate-Pro-Forma.rpt. See this screenshot for how to set it up - http://screencast.com/t/TAURQ83W
We have also worked with clients to design custom Crystal Invoices specifically for emailing quotes which might be worth exploring if you would like to use something other than the template shown above. Contact your account rep if you're interested and they can setup a session with our form designer to review options.
Also, sending a quote should not be a 10 step process. After saving, retrieve the last order and select Email for Invoice, selecting the above Crystal form definition.
