Would like to be able to set up report that a user could run, with out allowing access to run all reports

Russ, the utilities you speak of are fine....howevernot looking at automating reports, looking at reports that CSR can/might use on a per call basis, such as outstanding b/o's for a specific customers.....in order to do this now they have to access all reports....not an ideal situation.....

There are a number of utilities available on the web to allow you to automate the running of Crystal reports. These can be both handy to have regularly run reports generated and even emailed to you on a schedule of your choosing and may also reduce the need to manage employee level permissions.
That said, I agree that it would be helpful to have a more granular level of employee access to specific reports in CMS Setup
