This is needed. As a company that is dealing with this very scenario, we find ourselves having to manually keep a book of customers credit cards (under lock and key, obviously) that wish to use a different credit card for an ongoing subscription. having this option would be a big help with security and order processing. Per my conversation with Luke, using a credit card token system to not actually store the credit card would be the best way to move forward with this. This would also allow normal order processing personnel to handle the subscriptions, rather than only 1 designated person with access to the book.
